Cancellation policy

You can cancel, pause or skip your Trail Box subscription at any time. Sign in to your account and choose Manage subscription, or email us at ridgelinecostore@gmail.com. Changes made before your next billing date apply to your next shipment. Cancelling stops all future shipments and charges. A box that has already been charged and shipped is a final sale and cannot be refunded, because coffee is a food product. The Trail Box ships within the United States only.
