A timeless blend: Ceylon black tea with blue cornflowers and a touch of bergamot oil. Classic on its own, or add milk and sugar for a different cup.

• Tasting notes: Orange, floral, malt; high astringency, high body, medium sweetness
• Brew: 2.5 g per 12 oz, 195°F, 5–10 minutes
