Floral and chocolatey, with dark fruit and a light body, grown on the slopes of Mount Elgon around Sipi.

• Region: Sipi, Kapchorwa District, Uganda (1500–2500 m)
• Process: Fully washed, sun dried
• Variety: SL14, SL28, Blue Mountain (Bourbon types)
• Grind: whole bean, standard, espresso or coarse (French press and cold brew)
