Deep and sweet, grown by smallholder farmers on the volcanic slopes of Kintamani. A rich, dark-chocolate cup for cold mornings at elevation.

• Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar
• Region: Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia (1200–1600 m)
• Process: Hand picked, wet-hulled, dried on raised beds
• Variety: Bourbon, Typica, Catimor
• Grind: whole bean, standard, espresso or coarse (French press and cold brew)
